2024 has been an extraordinary year for Titan Labs. From establishing our first office to unveiling Shield of Achilles, we’ve reached some significant milestones this year. Join us as we reflect on some of 2024’s highlights and achievements.
Azerbaijan UK Cyber Security Expo
Starting off in March, Josh and Mel represented Titan Labs at the UK Cyber Security Expo in Azerbaijan, an event organised in collaboration with the British Embassy in Baku. Josh delivered a keynote talk on the evolution of knowledge sharing in cyber security, emphasising the threats of emerging technologies like deepfakes and the importance of the IASME Consortium's International Cyber Baseline. This event reinforced our role in advancing global cyber security and provided invaluable opportunities for collaboration with international experts.

First Placement Student
We were thrilled to welcome our first placement student, Ben, to the team in July of this year. His contributions have been invaluable, and we are proud to be nurturing the next generation of cyber security talent.

Shield of Achilles Launch
This year saw the launch of "Shield of Achilles," a state-of-the-art solution crafted to strengthen our clients' cyber defence strategies. Designed to reinforce security infrastructure, it shows our commitment to delivering effective, trusted solutions to businesses of all sizes. We’re honoured by the trust our clients place in us to secure their digital environments, and we look forward to building even more partnerships in the future.
Our First Office
We celebrated a significant milestone with the opening of our first dedicated office space. This has become a place where the team can come together to collaborate, innovate, and share ideas—all fuelled by the office coffee machine and a diverse range of playlists!

Cyber Essentials Plus Accreditation
Achieving Cyber Essentials Plus certification was a standout accomplishment. This recognition, alongside our status as certified assessors, underscores our commitment to the highest standards of cyber security. We also delivered our first Cyber Essentials Plus assessments, helping businesses enhance their security postures. To meet growing demand, we also added an additional assessor to our team, strengthening our ability to deliver top-tier services to our clients.
Henley Regatta and Concorde Tour
But it wasn’t all work work work this year! Our team bonded through memorable experiences, including exploring the iconic Concorde and attending the Henley Royal Regatta. These moments were not only a chance to have a bit of fun, but also provided valuable opportunities to network with industry peers and forge meaningful connections for the future.
